- Google Account & Authentication Data: When you sign in using Google OAuth, we receive basic profile information provided by Google, including your email address, full name, profile picture URL, and unique Google user ID. We use this data solely to create your account, authenticate your sessions, and display your user profile. We do not access your emails, Google Drive files, contacts, or any other private Google data.
- Video Content (Ingredients): Raw video files uploaded to your private workspace, stored securely in encrypted cloud storage.
- Notes & Vector Embeddings: Timestamps and text descriptions you log. Note descriptions are converted into vector embeddings strictly to enable AI-powered semantic search.
3. AI Processing & Machine Learning
We understand that your raw footage and notes may contain sensitive or unreleased creative content.
- No Model Training: We do not use your uploaded video footage, notes, or transcripts to train public or proprietary machine learning models.
- Search Indexing Only: AI embeddings are generated solely to index your own private notes so you can search them semantically.
4. Cookies & Local Storage
We use essential cookies and session tokens strictly for authentication and security purposes (e.g., maintaining your active login session). We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
5. Data Usage & Third-Party Service Providers
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or video files. We only share data with trusted infrastructure providers necessary to deliver our service:
- Cloud Storage & Hosting: Secure enterprise-grade cloud providers for file storage and database hosting.
- AI APIs: Trusted AI service providers used exclusively for generating search embeddings under strict data-privacy terms.
6. Your Data Rights & Deletion
Regardless of your location (under GDPR, CCPA, or Vietnam Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP on Personal Data Protection), you retain full ownership and control of your content:
- You can export your notes, XML sequences, and video assets at any time.
- You can permanently delete individual files, notes, or your entire account. Deletion will purge all associated data and vector embeddings from our active servers.
7. Children's Privacy
ClipBake is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
